Shipping policy

We aim to post all of our orders within 24 hours of ordering, and generally no later than 48. All orders placed after 5pm Friday and through weekends or bank holidays will be shipped on the next working day, stock dependent. We will always let you know if we are waiting for a product to come in.

If you wish to use the option to pick up from Exeter shop, please allow 24 hours before collecting. We will contact you as soon as your order is ready to save any disapointment if we haven't managed to get it packed yet. On items that need to be ordered in this may be slightly longer but we will keep you updated every step of the way.
